Is it my fault that my parents stopped teaching me? Is it my fault that they didn’t put me in Viet school? Is it my fault my parents wanted to speak better English so they used it at home?

I mean, I can at least understand most of what of what you say, unless you say something that isn’t a common word. I can’t speak very well though… shit I still have trouble not referring to myself as con. :\
